Terms of service
Last updated 5 September 2026
These terms govern your use of sat30.app and the SAT30 coaching service, operated by [US ENTITY NAME] ("SAT30", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
What SAT30 is
SAT30 is a coaching service: a 30-day plan and an AI coach that helps you prepare for the Digital SAT using free, official practice materials published by College Board and Khan Academy. We do not provide those materials ourselves and are not affiliated with College Board.
Sprints and access
A Sprint gives one student access for 30 days ending on the test date chosen at sign-up. After a sprint ends, your history remains viewable in read-only mode. Additional sprints and Season Passes are sold separately. A Season Pass covers three sprints started within twelve months of purchase.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full at purchase through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Your responsibilities
Keep your access link private. One account is for one student; sharing an account ends it. Use the coach honestly; it can only help with what you tell it. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
No score guarantee
We work hard to raise your score and we are transparent about your progress, but score improvement depends on your work, your starting point, and test-day conditions. We do not guarantee any particular score or admission outcome.
AI coaching
Your coach is an AI system. It can make mistakes. Official answers and explanations for practice questions come from College Board and Khan Academy; if the coach ever conflicts with an official explanation, the official one is correct. Tell us at hello@sat30.app and we will look into it.
Termination
You can stop using SAT30 at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access for accounts that abuse the service or the coach.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAT30’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [COUNTY, STATE].
