Refund policy

We want SAT30 to be an easy decision.

Seven-day guarantee

If SAT30 is not right for you, email hello@sat30.app within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

After seven days

Sprints are not refundable after the first 7 days, because by then the coach has done most of its personalised work for you. If something has gone wrong on our side, such as an outage that stopped you from using the service, write to us and we will make it right.

Season Pass

A Season Pass can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if no sprint has been started. After a sprint has started, unused sprints can be refunded at $99 each within 12 months of purchase.

Test date changes

If College Board cancels or moves your test, tell us and we will extend or move your sprint at no charge.
