SAT30 ("we") is operated by [US ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS]. This policy explains what we collect when you use sat30.app and why.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: first name, email, phone number if you add one, a parent or guardian email, your test date and target score, and your time zone.
- Practice results you share: scores and score-report screenshots from your own practice tests, and the questions you tell your coach you missed.
- Coaching conversations: everything you write to your coach and everything it replies, so it can remember you for the length of your sprint.
- Usage and billing: which days you completed, payment records handled by Stripe (we never see your card number), and standard server logs.
How we use it
To run your sprint: reading your diagnostic, writing your daily plan, coaching you on your misses, sending check-ins and reminders, and emailing a weekly summary to the parent address you provided. We use your data only to provide the service. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
AI processing
Your coach is powered by a large language model provided by Anthropic. Your conversations and practice results are sent to Anthropic to generate coaching responses, under terms that prohibit them from training on your data. Score-report screenshots are processed to extract scores and skill information and are not used for any other purpose.
Students under 18
SAT30 is designed for high-school students. If you are under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian email at sign-up and send that address a weekly summary. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents can request access to or deletion of a student’s data at any time by emailing hello@sat30.app.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and opt in, we send coaching reminders by SMS. Message frequency is up to three per day during a sprint. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Where data lives and how long
Data is stored on servers in the United States (Supabase, AWS us-east-1). We keep your sprint history so that future sprints can build on it. You can ask us to delete everything at any time; deletion completes within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data. Email hello@sat30.app. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of sale; we do not sell personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
